How to create a Podcast?

Description: This video will show you how to create a podcast and distribute it. We will use Audacity (audacity.sourcforge.net) to edit the podcast and then use one of these programs to upload it to the web:

MyPodcast - www.mypodcast.com

Then we will distribute the podcast by submitting to Podcast search engines found at Podcast411.com
