Description: A little taste of a KILLER cardio routine that torches calories and tightens every bit of your lower body! I typically jump about 6 risers, but only had enough room in the video to show three. I repeated each circuit about 5 times, and followed this up with some boxing and detailing for my arms and abs. The entire workout lasted about 90 minutes. As with any workout routine, please start slow and work within an intensity that you feel comfortable with. This routine can be modified for beginners.
